מה אנחנו אוספים
- מספר טלפון, לצורך כניסה עם קוד אימות ב-SMS ושיוך למקום העבודה.
- שם, כפי שהוזן על ידך או על ידי הסדרן.
- נתוני סידור עבודה: משמרות, הערות למשמרת, אילוצים, בקשות החלפה, בקשות חופשה והתראות.
- הערות אישיות שכתבת לעצמך ביומן (למשל "תור לרופא"), אם בחרת לכתוב כאלה.
- מזהה מכשיר לשליחת התראות (Push), רק אם אישרת התראות.
איננו אוספים מיקום, אנשי קשר, תמונות או נתוני פרסום, ואיננו עוקבים אחריך בין אפליקציות.
מי רואה מה
- הסידור של מקום עבודה גלוי רק לעובדים שלו. מקום עבודה אחד לא יכול לראות נתונים של מקום אחר.
- מספרי הטלפון של העובדים גלויים לסדרן בלבד.
- בני משפחה ששיתפת איתם רואים רק את המשמרות שלך, בלי פרטים על הצוות.
- אילוצים ובקשות חופשה גלויים לך ולסדרן בלבד.
- הערות אישיות גלויות רק לך ולבני משפחה ששיתפת איתם, לא לסדרן ולא לצוות.
איפה המידע נשמר
המידע נשמר בשרתי Supabase (PostgreSQL) עם הצפנה בתעבורה ובמנוחה והרשאות ברמת שורה. אסימון הכניסה במכשיר מוצפן (AES-256) והמפתח שמור ב-Keychain או ב-Keystore. תזכורות למשמרות נוצרות על המכשיר עצמו.
שיתוף עם צדדים שלישיים
אנחנו משתמשים בספקי תשתית בלבד: Supabase (אחסון ואימות), Twilio (שליחת קוד SMS), Expo (העברת התראות Push) ו-Anthropic (קריאת תמונה של סידור מודפס, רק כשסדרן בוחר לייבא סידור מצילום). התמונה מעובדת לצורך הזיהוי בלבד ואיננה נשמרת אצלנו. איננו מוכרים מידע ואיננו משתפים אותו לצרכי פרסום.
מחיקת חשבון
אפשר למחוק את החשבון בכל רגע דרך הגדרות, ואז מחיקת החשבון. הפרופיל, ההתראות והשיתופים שלך יימחקו לצמיתות. רשומת המשמרות ההיסטורית של מקום העבודה נשארת אצל הסדרן, בלי קישור לחשבון שלך.

What we collect
- Phone number, to sign in with an SMS code and link you to your workplace.
- Your name, as entered by you or your scheduler.
- Schedule data: shifts, shift notes, constraints, swap requests, leave requests and notifications.
- Personal notes you write for yourself on your calendar (e.g. "dentist"), if you choose to.
- A device push token, only if you allow notifications.
We do not collect location, contacts, photos or advertising data, and we do not track you across apps.
Who sees what
- A workplace's schedule is visible only to its members. Workplaces are isolated from each other.
- Phone numbers are visible to schedulers only.
- Family members you share with see only your shifts, nothing about your team.
- Constraints and leave requests are visible to you and your scheduler only.
- Personal notes are visible only to you and family you share with, never to your scheduler or team.
Storage
Data is stored with Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted in transit and at rest, protected by row-level security. The session token on your device is AES-256 encrypted with a key kept in the Keychain / Keystore. Shift reminders are created on your device.
Third parties
Infrastructure providers only: Supabase (storage and auth), Twilio (SMS codes), Expo (push delivery) and Anthropic (reading a photo of a printed schedule, only when a scheduler chooses to import one). The photo is processed for that purpose and is not stored by us. We never sell data or share it for advertising.
Account deletion
Delete your account any time from Settings, then Delete account. Your profile, notifications and shares are permanently removed. The workplace's historical shift record stays with the scheduler, unlinked from your account.
